Welcome and Networking Days
The annual Welcome & Networking Days are part of Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg's onboarding program and are organized by the Prorectorate for Human Resources and Organizational Development.
They rotate between campuses to allow students to experience the diversity of the university's locations. For a broad networking and fruitful exchange of experiences, the Welcome & Networking Days are open not only to the newly appointed, but also to all junior and tenure-track professors.
The one to two-day Welcome & Networking Days focus on one topic, which is dealt with intensively. Only among themselves, it offers this target group, which is on the same career level, a protected space for the exchange and processing of the respective topics.
